2.2 Cancellations and Changes: You may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling fees as determined by the service provider. Please review the cancellation and rescheduling policies of the service provider before booking an appointment.
2.3 Communication: By booking an appointment through the Platform, you consent to receive communication related to your appointment, including confirmation emails/SMS, reminders, and updates.
3. Service Providers
3.1 Independent Contractors: The service providers listed on the Platform are independent contractors and not employees or agents of the Company. The Company is not responsible for the actions or omissions of service providers.
